I have been a patient of Dr. Richardson’s for about two years. I originally came to him for lower back problems that I was having. However, upon seeing him, I realized he could also help me with migraines and sinus headaches that I was having as well. Initially, I was having migraines headaches 3- 4 times a month. Since coming to him, my migraines have decreased to once or twice a month. He has also been able to help me with my sinus headaches as well.
His staff is wonderful and I would highly recommend Crimson Chiropractic Center to anyone who is having any kind of trouble. |

I had severe pain and limited motion in my back, neck and wrists. I am more mobile now. I still hurt but the treatments have allowed me to function more. Dr. Richardson and his staff have always been very professional and friendly. They always treat me kindly and listen to my concerns.
I had an injury to my neck that I received while working as a nurse, and if I hadn’t kept my adjustments up the injury would or could have been more serious, but thanks to Dr. Richardson it was only minor. Having the flexibility and range of motion in my neck from the adjustments probably kept me from breaking my neck when the injury occurred.
I would highly recommend Dr. Richardson to anyone looking or in need of a chiropractor. |

I have been suffering with migraine headaches for 32 years. I was 21 years old when I had my first migraine.
Over the years, I have been to at least 9 doctors. Preventive medication has helped some but still certain things like strong odors and stress still will trigger a headache. I first saw Dr. Richardson in 2008.
I was so impressed by his concern for me and how friendly and caring he and his staff were. X-rays were taken and an exam was done. After about 1 month of treatment, my headaches are 80% better.I am no longer taking my preventive medicine.
I continue to see Dr. Richardson once a month for my adjustments. I would highly recommend Dr. Richardson. He has helped me feel better than I have felt in years! |

David Richardson is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the premier college for training of Chiropractic physicians in the world.
He brings credit to his Alma Mater. I have been his patient since shortly after his graduation from Palmer and have long credited him with keeping me and my family in excellent health. |

I started out going to Dr. Richardson 5 years ago to correct a problem with the alignment of my knee joints. My mother had to have surgery on both her knees while she was in college due to the same problem, and I did not want to go through that if I could prevent it.
Not only has Dr. Richardson kept me from having to have surgery, but I no longer have headaches, which used to be a weekly occurance for me. I also find myself with more energy and just generally feeling better. It's also great to go into an environment where the doctor and staff know you by name, and even recognize you by voice over the phone. Everyone is incredibly cheerful and helpful.
If you are thinking about chiropractic care, this is definitely the place to go in Tuscaloosa! |
